Oil for frying
Instructions
Soak all the dals in water for at least 2 hrs.
Grind these together to make a thick paste. Do not add water while grinding.
Add onions, curry leaves, green chilly, ginger, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
Wet your hands and make balls off the paste and make patties.
Deep fry in oil till golden brown in colour.
