Kerala Rice Pathiri

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 glass Rice flour or idiappam podi
  • 2 or Water
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a pan along with a tsp of oil and salt.
  • When it boils, lower the flame to minimum.
  • Add the flour to the water while stiirring as you add.
  • Keep stirring to make a smooth and soft dough.
  • Remove from the flame when u feel the colour of the flour is changing and the dough has become soft.
  • Make small balls off the dough and roll out like chappathis.
  • Heat pan and place the pathiris on it.
  • :- Do not use oil as for chappathis.
  • Cook on both the sides.
