Instructions
Heat the sugar for caramelizing in a baking dish for a few seconds on a low flame, until it melts and gets burnt.
Turn the dish quickly and carefully to ensure that the caramel spreads evenly over the bottom and sides of the dish. Keep it aside.
Beat the eggs well.
Add milk, sugar and vanilla essence to it. Make sure that the sugar dissolves completely.
Strain it(to remove the balancers of the egg) to the caramelized dish.
Cover the mouth of the dish with a butter paper and cook in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
When ready, cool the dish with its contents and turn it over on a serving plate.
