Beef Finger Rolls

Beef Finger Rolls is an excellent party dish, an easy to handle snack as well as appetizer that can be enjoyed whole heatedly while moving around with your friends and peers. The combination of minced beef with garlic, ginger and other spicy accompaniments makes the dish exotic and unique. Beef Finger Rolls taste great in flavor and aroma and you will enjoy till your last bite. While baking, care has to be taken that Beef Finger Rolls are not over baked and browned. Kids are a great fan of Beef Finger Rolls and we have included a step wise presentation of the dish here.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Beef minced
  • 1 no Onion finely diced, medium
  • 1 no Tomato deseeded and finely diced, medium
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger and garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp Bay leaf finely chopped, Vazhana/Karuga ela
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder Jeerakam
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Bread crumbs
  • 1 no Green chillies crushed
  • Salt As reqd
  • Red pepper A pinch
  • Coriander powder A pinch
  • Coriander leaves Few, finely chopped
  • 1 no Egg

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Beef Finger Rolls, mix well all the above ingredients. Take note that the mixture does not become watery. You can add more bread crumbs to remove moisture in mix.
  • Make finger shaped long rolls with the palm of your hand, at least 3 to 4 inches long because they will shrink during frying.
  • You can also bake it in the oven by placing the rolls on the baking sheet.
  • Heat the oven to 300 degrees and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • The rolls should not become brown.
  • :- Serve hot Beef Finger Rolls with naan and raita.
