Heat water along with jaggery until it dissolves in the water. Strain and leave it to cool.
Mix together flour, cardamom powder and ghee along with the jaggery water.
Knead them to make a stiff dough.
Make small parts of the above dough and roll them into 4" rounds.
Keep them aside so as to make them a bit dry.
Fry them in hot ghee until the colour becomes golden.
Drain and leave it to cool till the khajas becomes crisper.
