Onion
sliced finely lengthwise

Green chillies

Coriander leaves
As reqd, chopped

Milk
Salt
As reqd

Vanaspati
Instructions
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and knead them together into a soft dough by addiing water if necessary. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Make balls off the dough.
Roll them and roast them on tawa like other parathas using vanaspati.
:- Serve with mango pickle.
