Fried fish with Schezwan sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 6 nos Fish slices Sliced & Boneless
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 1 tsp Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves
  • ¼ tsp Ajinomoto
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Corn flour
  • ½ cup All purpose flour Maida
  • 1 tsp Spring onion
  • 1 tsp Chilly Sauce
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Make a batter with egg, maida, ginger, garlic, finely chopped spring onions, chillies, pepper, salt, ajinomoto, soya sauce, chilly sauce, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves and corn flour mixed with little water.
  • Dip the cleaned fish in the batter.
  • Deep-fry them till they turn deep golden brown.
  • :- Serve hot with Schezwan sauce.
