Ingredients
  

  • cups Green Peas
  • ½ cup Cabbage finely chopped
  • ½ cup Carrot grated
  • 2 pinch Ajinomoto
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ¼ tsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 5 tbsp Corn flour
  • 8 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a vessel.
  • Add the peas and cook till they become soft. Keep them aside.
  • Heat oil in another vessel(preferably kadai).
  • Add vegetables and ajinomoto and fry it on a high flame for half a minute.
  • Put peas along with the water.
  • Add sugar, black pepper powder and salt.
  • Add Soya sauce and stir well.
  • Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and add the above paste to the soup.
  • Cook it stirring continuously for 3 minutes.
  • :- Serve with Vinegar, Soya sauce and Chilly sauce.
