  • 1 no Carrot big
  • 4 nos French Beans
  • 1 no Cabbage small
  • 2 tbsp Peas coarsely ground


  • Prepare the idli batter just like you prepare for plain idlis.(Pls refer plain idli recipe)
  • Finely chop the carrots, french beans and the cabbage.
  • Mix it with the Idli batter along with the peas.
  • Follow the method of making plain Idlis.
  • Makes: 50 medium size Idlis.
