Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Raw bananas boiled with skin, peeled and mashed
  • 2 nos Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 1 no Carrot grated
  • 1 no Bread slice crumbled & crust trimmed
  • 2 tbsp Raisins optional, Onakka munthiri
  • Green chilly ginger paste - 2 tsp
  • Salt As reqd
  • Chilly powder As reqd
  • Garam masala powder As reqd
  • Chaat masala As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Vegetable Kabab, mix together all the above mentioned ingredients.
  • Divide the mixture into small portions and shape into kababs.
  • Fix them on greased skewers.
  • Heat the griller to a medium heat.
  • Roll the skewers till the kababs are golden brown.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala.
  • :- Serve Vegetable Kabab hot with tomato ketchup, green chutney or mint chutney.
