Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg Potatoes and Green peas
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 2 twigs Mint leaves Pudhina
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 2 twigs Coriander leaves
  • All purpose flour As reqd, Maida
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Vegetable Samosa, first steam the potatoes and peas separately.
  • Cut the onions into small pieces.
  • Take some oil in a fry pan.
  • Add onions and cut green chillies and fry them until the onions turn transparent.
  • Add the vegetables and fry them stirring continuously till they`re completely cooked.
  • Add mint leaves and coriander leaves and keep this mixture aside.
  • Mix maida with water and knead it well to make a dough.
  • Roll the dough into even sized balls and make round shapes using a roller.
  • Cut into 2 semi-circles.
  • Place the veg mixture on one semi-circled shape and fold on three sides to make into a cone shape.
  • Deep fry in oil until it becomes crisp.
  • :-Serve Vegetable Samosa hot with tomato ketchup.
