Grind coriander seeds, cumin seeds and red chillies.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
Fry whole garam masala.
Add chopped onions and continue frying till golden brown.
Add coriander paste and fry well.
Add ginger and garlic and continue to fry.
Add mutton pieces and fry some more.
Add a teaspoon turmeric, tomatoes and coconut and fry for 5 mins.
Add salt and 2 cups of water to Mutton Curry.
Close the lid and cook Mutton Curry for 15 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves in the Mutton Curry.

:- You can have Kerala Mutton Curry with rice, porotta or chapathi.
