Grind the grated coconut and cooked rice by adding little water for 30 seconds.

Add chopped shallots, green chill, curry leaves, ground rice paste and required salt into the buttermilk. Mix well, if it is too thick, adjust the consistency by adding 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water.
