Wheat Flour Pazham Pori | How To Make Pazham Pori With Wheat Flour

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 1 nos. Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Water as required
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 kg Ripe plantain
  • As reqd Coconut Oil

Instructions
 

  • Take a blender and add wheat flour and rice flour.
  • Then add egg, sugar, cardamom and add some salt to balance the taste. Now pour some more water, Don't pour lots of water. Blend it well.
  • Batter is ready now. When you prepare banana fritters batter with maida or wheat flour, make it thick. We should not prepare a loose batter. Here we have prepared a thick batter.
  • Dip the banana pieces in the batter and slide it carefully into the hot boiling oil.
  • Fry in hot oil.
  • Puffy and tasty banana fritters are ready now.
