Take a bowl and add ripe bananas, maida and sugar. Mix well with your hand.
Then add semolina and mix again.
Add the remain ingredients except oil for frying. Mix well and rest for 15 minutes.
Heat enough oil in a thick bottomed pan to deep fry the banana balls. Gently drop small portions into the oil and cook until golden brown on all sides. Put on paper towels to drain. Repeat with remaining batter.
