Robusta Beetroot Milkshake

  • 2-3 Small pieces Beetroot
  • 1 No. Robusta banana
  • 1 Cup Milk Frozen
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar


  • Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  • Cook the beetroot pieces in water for 10-15 minutes in medium flame. Then remove it from the flame and let it cool.
  • Take a blender and add cooked beetroot, frozen milk, sugar and robusta banana. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into tall glass and serve immediately.
