Amritham Podi laddoo | Health Mix Laddoo

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Amritham podi
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Grated
  • 1/2 Cup Jaggery Powdered
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast the amritham podi for 7-10 minutes in low to medium flame. Roast till aromatic.
  • Then turn off the flame and add grated coconut and 2 tbsp melted ghee.
  • Add crushed or powdered jaggery and mix it very well with your hand and shape them into laddoos.
  • Amritham Podi Laddoo is ready now.
