Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
Dry roast the oats for 5-10 minutes in low flame.
Take a large bowl and add powdered jaggery and peanut butter into it. Combine it well.
Add roasted oats.
Add chopped almonds.
Transfer the mixture to a greased tray. Use your spoon to arrange the mixture fairly and evenly. Refrigerate for at least one hour, or preferably overnight.
Oats Peanut Bar is ready now. Use a sharp knife to slice the bars.
