Instructions
Take a pan, add ghee and roast the sliced banana until golden brown in color. Then roast cashews and raisins till they turn golden brown in color.
Keep the roasted cashews, raisins and banana aside.
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a saucepan and saute the rice flakes till crisp. It takes around 5- 10 minutes in low flame.
Heat a pan and add the grated coconut and jaggery along with 1/4 cup water and cook for 7-8 minutes in medium flame.
When the water evaporates from the coconut and it turns well cooked, add roasted aval, banana, cashew and raisins.
Give it a nice mix and turn off the flame.
Yummy Sweet Aval Ethapazham Varattiyathu is ready to serve.
