Mango Peda Recipe

  • 1 Cup Mango Chopped
  • 1 Cup Milk powder
  • 1 Tsp Ghee
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • Few Pistachio For garnishing


  • Blend the chopped mangoes into fine puree and set aside. Heat a nonstick pan with ghee. Once the ghee starts melting add mango puree.
  • Stir continuously for 2 minutes. Then add milk powder and cardamom powder. Stir continuously until all the moisture evaporates and the mixture thickens. Make sure not to overcook.
  • Once done, turn off the flame and set aside to cool down. Grease your palms with ghee, divide the peda dough into equal portions. Take a portion, roll with your palm and make a round crack free ball shape. Now gently press a finger on the top and put some chopped pistachio or any dry fruits.
  • Mango pedas are ready. Refrigerate and serve.
