Blend the chopped mangoes into fine puree and set aside. Heat a nonstick pan with ghee. Once the ghee starts melting add mango puree.
Stir continuously for 2 minutes. Then add milk powder and cardamom powder. Stir continuously until all the moisture evaporates and the mixture thickens. Make sure not to overcook.
Once done, turn off the flame and set aside to cool down. Grease your palms with ghee, divide the peda dough into equal portions. Take a portion, roll with your palm and make a round crack free ball shape. Now gently press a finger on the top and put some chopped pistachio or any dry fruits.
