Cut the veggies and keep it ready.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and splutter mustard seeds. Then add all the veggies.
Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala, coriander powder and salt as required.
Combine well and saute for 2 minutes.
Pour coconut milk and pressure cook it for 3-4 whistles.
Now the Kurma is ready. Mash the potatoes and combine well.
Delicious Potato Kurma is ready now. Serve it along with pathiri, dosa, chappathi etc.
