Wash the broken wheat and soak it for 4 hours.
Grind the soaked broken wheat into a coarse paste without adding water.
Convert the broken wheat paste and grated coconut into a bowl. Melt the crushed jaggery in 1/4 cup water until it melts. Pour it over the broken wheat mixture.
Now heat oil in a kadai once the oil is heated well, reduce the temperature to low, now put the small portion of broken wheat mixture and fry till golden brown in colour.
Tasty and crispy Broken wheat Fritters are ready now.
