Ingredients
  

For Preparing Mutton Kheema curry:

  • 1/2 kg Minced mutton
  • 1 Cup Shallots chopped
  • 2 No. Tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Coconut slices
  • 1 string Curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 5 Nos. Dry red chilies
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 3 Nos. each Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

For preparing Dosa:

  • 1 cup Dosa batter
  • 2 Nos. Eggs
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder

Instructions
 

  • In a fry pan, add dry red chilli, pepper, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom (3 each), roast well in medium flame, cool and make a paste adding little water.
  • In another pan, add oil and temper mustard seeds and add shallots. Saute well.
  • Next, add ginger-garlic paste and saute well.
  • Now, add chopped tomatoes and saute well. Add salt for quick saute.
  • Next add minced mutton and add turmeric and required salt. Mix well and cook for 5 mins.
  • Now add the previously ground masala paste and mix well.
  • Next, add 2 cups water and cook for 10 minutes or until the minced mutton is cooked well.
  • Add sliced coconut pieces, mix well and turn off the flame.
  • Next, we are going to prepare Madurai Kari Dosa. Heat a dosa tawa and pour a spoonful of batter in the centre. Spread out slowly.
  • Beat the eggs and pour a little in the center of the batter.
  • Now add kheema curry(2 scoops) on the dosa and spread out.
  • Cook for 3 mins on one side and flip over the other side for cooking.
  • Now turn the front side and sprinkle some pepper powder.
  • Now it's ready to serve Madurai Kari Dosa with Kheema Curry hot and fresh.
