Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Corn
  • 11/2 cup Idly batter
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Channa dal
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seed
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Cook corn with a little salt and strain water
  • Allow to cool and Grind in mixer
  • Now Take idly batter and mix this grind mixer of corn
  • In a pan add 1 tsp oil and temper mustard seed and channa dal
  • Now add onion and saute well add a little salt for onions
  • Now add chopped coriander leaves and mix this mixer into batter
  • Now heat Panniyaram pan with oil and pour in each and cover and cook for five minutes
  • Now turn other side and cook for 5 minutes
  • Now it's ready to serve Corn Panniayaram
