Cut beef into thin strip's.The length of the slice should be medium.Soak it in salt water for 15 minutes.Wash thoroughly using vinegar and salt,then wash well and strain.
In a bowl add all the powdered masala and vinegar.
Add beef pieces and mix well still all the masalas are well coated in each pieces.Then close the bowl and keep it in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Then heat oil in a kadai and fry the beef pieces.Fry the entire pieces in 3-4 batches.
Keep the fried beef in a bowl.
Then heat 2 tbsp oil in the same kadai and add crushed ginger garlic,curry leaves and sliced green chilly,saute for 2-3 minutes in medium flame.
Add fried beef and mix well.remove it from the flame.
