This is a calcium rich porridge to take in the morning to keep you active all day long

Ingredients
  

  • ragi 1/2 cup
  • water 3 cups
  • sugar 4 sp

Instructions
 

  • soak ragi for two hours
  • grind it to a smooth paste and set it in fridge for 1 hour
  • boil water and slowly add the milk into the water
  • stir continually with brown sugar or castor sugar and serve
