Ragi Kanji
This is a calcium rich porridge to take in the morning to keep you active all day long

- ragi 1/2 cup
- water 3 cups
- sugar 4 sp
soak ragi for two hours
grind it to a smooth paste and set it in fridge for 1 hour
boil water and slowly add the milk into the water
stir continually with brown sugar or castor sugar and serve
