Dates 'n' Nuts Fudge

Dates 'n' nuts fudge is a sugar free and natural dessert. We can make it at our home easily by using healthy ingredients with ultimate perfection. This sweet is loaded with too much of nuts which is preferable for growing up kids. The nuts are fried in ghee and then mixed up with dates and rolled.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Dates
  • 1 cup Nuts, Almonds, Pistas, Cashews together
  • 2 cubes Badam glue
  • 2 tsp Poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • First grind dates in a blender.
  • Dry roast poppy seeds and keep aside.
  • In a pan add ghee and fry badam glue. Then crush it and keep aside.
  • In the same pan fry nuts.
  • Now add the dates and badam glue to it and mix well.
  • Roll it in an even shape.
  • Sprinkle the poppy seeds over it.
  • Keep it in fridge for 1/2 an hour and then cut to pieces and serve.
