Ginger mint squash is a simple summer time drink recipe made from lime juice. This lime juice is mixed up with fresh ginger and mint leafs and gives a refreshing energy . This is a simple and home made squash easy to prepare and stored ,drink it when in times of tiredness .

Ingredients
  

  • lemon 3
  • mint 1 cup
  • ginger 1 inch
  • sugar 1 cup
  • black salt

Instructions
 

  • in a vessel add sugar 1/4 cup water and dissolve it
  • in a blender crush mint and ginger
  • mix it with sugar syrup
  • add lemon juice
  • add black salt filter and store it
  • when needed take 1/4 glass of syrup
  • add chilled water stir and serve
