Squid Dry Fry
Very tasty and crispy starter. Very easy to make.
- 250 g Squid cut into thin rounds
- 50 g Maida
- 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- Oil for deep fry
Take thin round squid in a vessel and add all other items in it.mix well without adding water
Heat oil and add squid rings one by one . Carefully separate each rings and deep fry.
Fry till it becomes golden brown. Now it is ready to serve as a starter with mayonnaise or tomato sauce or any other sauce. I use home made coleslaw use with it. Very yummy.
