Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms Chicken
  • 2 tablespoon Chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chicken masala powder
  • 2 tablespoon Corriander powder
  • 2 Onion
  • 10 Small onion
  • 2 Green chillies
  • Oil required amount
  • Salt for taste

Instructions
 

  • add oil in a cooker and saute chopped ginger, garlic, chillies and onions.
  • Enter Step
  • Add the masalas one by one with salt and saute well.
  • Add chicken and mix well, close the lid and put whistle and wait for 2 - 3 whistles.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, small onions, tomatoes and saute well.
  • Finally add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Chicken roast is ready.
