Ingredients
  

  • 750 gm Ladies finger Bhindi/Vendakka
  • 300 ml Curd
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 2 tbsp Green chilly chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend the curd, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and half of the chopped green chillies.
  • Trim the bhindis and make slant slits in them.
  • Soak the bhindis in the curd mixture for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil and fry the ginger, garlic paste, green chillies.
  • Add the bhindis with the curd mixture and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Top with the ghee and garam masala and steam on low heat for 5 minutes, covered.
  • Cook till dry.
  • Garnish with tomato slices and onion rings.
  • :- Serve hot!!!
