- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. 
- Add onions and sautT followed by green chillies, ginger and garlic. 
- Add coriander powder and sautT well. 
- Add meat and enough water. 
- Pressure cook, till it is cooked. 
- Add lime juice and mix well. 
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the onions. Keep it aside. 
- Fry the semolina in it. 
- Add water, coriander leaves, garam masala and fried onions and mix well. 
- Lower the flame and cook for some time till done.
