This 3-ingredient Watermelon Coconut drink is a refreshing, healthyish, vegan summer cooler.

- 1 small Watermelon
- 2 cup Coconut milk powder or Thick coconut milk
- as required Sugar
Cut the watermelon into small pieces.mash well with your hands or by using a masher.do not use a blender.
Add sugar and mix well.
Pour the coconut milk and mix well.refrigerate it for 30 minutes
Transfer to serving glasses and serve.
