Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilly. Saute well till light brown in colour.
Then add all powders and saute till raw smell goes off. Then add boiled eggs and combine well. Off the flame and keep aside. The filling is ready.
For the dough, mix rice flour with enough water and salt as required. Knead well.Take a vazhayila and spread a small portion and spread nicely. In the center spread filling, Close well and make rest of the adas.
