Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos. Eggs Boiled
  • 2 nos. Onions(large)
  • 3 nos. Green chilly
  • Few curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • As required Salt
  • 2 cups Rice flour
  • As required Water

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilly. Saute well till light brown in colour.
  • Then add all powders and saute till raw smell goes off. Then add boiled eggs and combine well. Off the flame and keep aside. The filling is ready.
  • For the dough, mix rice flour with enough water and salt as required. Knead well.Take a vazhayila and spread a small portion and spread nicely. In the center spread filling, Close well and make rest of the adas.
  • Steam cook it for 20-25 minutes.
  • So enjoy healthy tasty egg ada.
