Finger millet porridge is an easy and healthy breakfast porridge for kids. Ragi, coconut milk, and sugar/jaggery together make a sweet and delicious porridge.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tspn Ragi finger millet
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • Sugar 2 tblsn
  • Salt pinch

Instructions
 

  • Mix sugar and coconut milk
  • Add ragi powder and mix thoroughly and break up lumps if any.
  • Begin to cook this on a low to medium flame.stirring constantly to prevent burning and lumps.after few minutes you can see a thick glossy consistency.switch off the flame.
  • Ragi porridge is ready now.
