Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk powder
  • 10 nos Almonds Roasted
  • 1/2 cup Sugar

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Homemade Horlicks, first heat a pan and roast wheat flour until light golden in color. Then remove it from the flame and let it cool.
  • Simultaneously add milk powder and mix well.
  • Meanwhile grind sugar and almond into a fine powder.
  • Add the sugar almond mix into roasted wheat flour and mix very well. Keep it in a air tight container. Horlicks powder can be stored for months if carefully stored in containers. Do not allow dampness to set into the mixture. Use damp free spoons when taking out Horlicks from container.
  • Homemade Horlicks powder is ready now. Now you can treat your loved ones with something healthy, nutritious and safe too. Horlicks is one of the tastiest of drinks that can be easily prepared at home with very minimal ingredients. Enjoy the tasty drink.
