Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Onion
  • 1 chopped Green chilly
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Crack open the egg in a bowl and add chopped onion and green chilly.
  • Add grated coconut and salt
  • Whip well
  • Heat pan to medium heat. Add oil and when hot, pour the egg mixture,cook for 2 minutes.Flip over and cook on both the sides till brown and cooked
