- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Coconut
- 1 tbsp Onion
- 1 chopped Green chilly
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Oil
Crack open the egg in a bowl and add chopped onion and green chilly.
Add grated coconut and salt
Whip well
Heat pan to medium heat. Add oil and when hot, pour the egg mixture,cook for 2 minutes.Flip over and cook on both the sides till brown and cooked
