Ingredients
  

  • 125 g All purpose flour
  • 3 Egg
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Coconut
  • Cashew nuts for garnishing, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  • Add all purpose flour,coconut mixture and a pinch of turmeric powder.mix well.
  • Grease a saucepan and pour the mixture.cook for 25-30 minutes in low flame.
  • Delicious spongy Coconut Egg Cake is ready.
