Bun Nirachathu-Chicken And Egg Stuffed Bun

Bun Nirachathu is an evening snack item prepared with bun,egg and chicken.Whole bun is stuffed with masala and a piece of boiled egg then finally dipped in a egg mixture and shallow fry it in oil.

  • 2 Bun
  • 1 no Hard Boiled egg
  • 3/4 cup Boneless chicken breast filling cook chicken adding 1/2 tsp pepper powder,1/2 tsp Turmeric powder,enough salt and 1 1/2 cup water and shredded
  • 1 no Onion
  • 2 nos Green chilly
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • coriander leaves few
  • curry leaves few
  • salt to taste


  • At first we have to arrange the all ingredients for preparing the filling.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add Onion,ginger garlic paste and green chilly.saute till the onion turns soft.
  • Then add garam masala,salt,turmeric powder,pepper powder and shredded chicken and coriander leaves.saute for another few more minutes and and remove it from the flame.
  • Fill each bun with a piece of hard boiled egg.
  • Cover it with prepared chicken filling.
  • Cover it with same piece of bun.
  • whisk 1 egg with 1/4 tsp pepper powder and a pinch of salt.Dip the stuffed bun in this egg mixture and shallow fry the all sides in hot oil.
  • Bun Nirachathu is ready now..
