Chicken Bread Pakoda is a different type of pakoda made with fried chicken, bread crumbs and gram flour or chickpea flour. First, cook the washed and drained chicken bits in a small vessel adding a pinch of turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilly powder, required salt and little water. Drain the water completely. Fry the chicken bits in little oil to a golden brown color.
Meanwhile, mix gram flour with a pinch of salt, remaining red chilly powder and very little water.
Add chopped onion into it.
Add fried chicken bits and mix well.
Add bread crumbs and mix slowly. Do not mix it for long time.
Now its ready to fry.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry small balls of the pakoda mix until golden brown in colour.
