Instructions
For preparing Egg Molly, first steam cook the eggs in idli mould by adding 1/2 tsp pepper powder and salt to taste.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger and garlic, saute for few seconds and add chopped onion and green chillies.
When the onion turns light brown in colour add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and thin coconut milk.
Add tomatoes and remaining 1 tsp pepper powder. Cook till tomatoes are done.
Add thick coconut milk and steamed egg, combine well and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from flame before it starts to boil.
Egg Molly is ready now.
