Paleo Diet Paneer Cabbage Puloa

This is good paleo diet recipe. This cabbage we use as rice. This is very healthy and rich in protein and fiber. Good in taste too. This very simple ingredients and some steps to do.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Cabbage
  • 200 gm Paneer
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp Ghee / butter
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop cabbage and steam
  • In bowl add all other ingredients, mix it
  • Now add ghee and steamed cabbage one by one as a layer
  • Now add Paneer mixture
