Paleo Diet Mushroom Pulao

This is very simple and more healthy recipe. Here we are not using rice, instead we are using cabbage as a main ingredient rice. This is very different in taste too. It's very simple to do with simple steps.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Cabbage
  • 200 gm Mushroom
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp Ghee / butter
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Steam the chopped cabbage and keep aside
  • In bowl mix all ingredients and mix well
  • Now in pan add ghee / butter and layer the steamed cabbage
  • Now place mixture close pan cook for ten mins
