Pressure cook the green peas for 1 whistle adding turmeric powder,salt and enough water.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger and onion.saute for 5 minutes in low flame.
Add tomato,green chilly and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
Add cooked peas,pepper powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,salt and garam masala.
Mix well and add 2 eggs.
Combine well and saute for 4-5 minutes.remove from the flame and keep aside.
To prepare puttu,take a bowl and add puttu podi,salt and little by little water till it becomes wet/moist and mix thoroughly without any lumps.Then take a puttu maker layer it with 1 tbsp grated coconut first,then the peas egg masala and the next with puttu podi.Repeat the process till the puttu maker is filled.fill the puttu kudam with 3 cups water and bring it to boil.place the puttu maker on its top and steam cook for 5-7 minutes.
Now the tasty Green peas egg masala puttu is ready.serve hot :-)
