Scrambled Egg Puttu-Egg Bhurji Puttu

We can make a lot of varieties in puttu with different stuffing.Here im gonna share a puttu that made with rice flour and scrambled egg.I tried it first time and it came out quite well. this is a very tasty dish and can be easily prepared.

Ingredients
  

  • For egg bhurji
  • 3 Egg
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 2 Green chilly
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilly powder
  • Curry leaves few
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • For puttu
  • 1 cup Roasted Rice flour puttu podi
  • Salt as required

Instructions
 

  • Take roasted rice flour in a bowl and add some water.slowly add water little by little over the rice flour and mix well.
  • Heat cocconut oil in a pan add chopped onion,green chilly,chopped ginger and curry leaves.when it turns golden brown in colour add tomato and all masalas,saute for 2 minutes and add the beaten egg into it.stir well until the eggs are fully cooked.Now the egg bhurji is ready.
  • Take the puttu maker mould and add 2tbsp egg bhurji on it.
  • Add 3-4 tbsp puttu podi
  • Top it with 2 tbsp egg bhurji and cover the top
  • Heat puttu maker,here I use pressure cooker.place it on the nozzle of the pressure cooker and steam cook it for 4-5 minutes.
  • Tasty Egg bhurji puttu is ready.
