Egg Pepper Roast

Ingredients
  

  • 5 nos Eggs
  • 4 nos Onion Sliced thin
  • 3 nos Green chilly(chopped)
  • 2 nos Tomato
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • Curry leaves few
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • As reqd Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion, salt and saute till soft. Add green chilly, tomato, crushed garlic and saute till the raw smell disappears.
  • Add all masalas and saute till oil appears on top.
  • Add the hard boiled eggs and curry leaves and slowly combine. Cook for another five minutes over low flame and remove from the flame.
  • Egg Pepper Roast is ready.
