Fruit And Nut Thari Kanji
Fruit and nut thari kanji is a light sweetened hot drink made from milk and semolina.It is one of the most regular drink made at home during ifthar season.Here I use ripe plantain,cashew nuts and raisins to get an extra taste to thari kanji.

milk

sugar

Ripe palantain

cashew nuts

raisins

Water
Salt

ghee
Instructions
Cook the semolina in water with a pinch of salt for few minutes
Add chopped banana
Keep stirring and cook semolina and banana for 5 minutes in low flame.
Add coconut milk,crushed cardamom,sugar and bring it to boil.When it start boil,remove from the flame.
Heat ghee in a pan and roast cashew nuts and raisins in it..pour it into the thari kanji and mix well.
Tasty fruit and nut thari kanji is ready.
