Ingredients
  

  • For Dough
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • water as required
  • ghee 2 tbsp
  • For stuffing
  • Avacado 1/2 cup
  • onion 2 tbsp
  • coriander leaves 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • lime juice 1 tsp
  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • make dough by wheat flour, salt and water
  • In a bowl add smashed avacado, chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala and cumin powder
  • mix well
  • take small ball from dough and roll it and stuff the avacado
  • Roll it
  • heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying ghee both side
  • now avacado paratha is ready
