For Dough
Wheat flour 1 cup
salt 1 tsp
water as required
ghee 2 tbsp
For stuffing
Avacado 1/2 cup
onion 2 tbsp
coriander leaves 1 tsp
salt to taste
garam masala 1 tsp
lime juice 1 tsp
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Instructions
make dough by wheat flour, salt and water
In a bowl add smashed avacado, chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala and cumin powder
mix well
take small ball from dough and roll it and stuff the avacado
Roll it
heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying ghee both side
now avacado paratha is ready
