Egg Green Curry

Egg Curry with Green Masala is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Curries. It is Aromatic and Delicious recipe. It can be served with Idli, dosa, chapati and also for rice. This Egg green gravy is prepared with the spices which is available at home.

Ingredients
  

  • Egg 4 no.
  • Onion 1 no.
  • tomato 1 no.
  • cumin seed 1/2 tsp
  • red chili powder 11/2 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • To Grind
  • Green chili 2 no.
  • Mint leaves 1 handful
  • coriander leaves 1 handful
  • coconut 1/2 cup
  • ginger small piece
  • garlic 4 no.
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Make a fine paste of the ingredients mentioned under to grind
  • heat oil in the kadai and temper the cumin seeds
  • add finely chopped onions and saute it for 5 mins
  • add tomato and mix well
  • add Grinned paste and mix well
  • add red chili powder, salt, garam masala and turmeric powder. mix well
  • add 2 glasses of water
  • allow to cook until it become thick consistency
  • add egg directly to the gravy without boiling
  • allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
  • Now egg green gravy is ready to serve
