Egg Green Curry
Egg Curry with Green Masala is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Curries. It is Aromatic and Delicious recipe. It can be served with Idli, dosa, chapati and also for rice. This Egg green gravy is prepared with the spices which is available at home.

Egg 4 no. Onion 1 no. tomato 1 no. cumin seed 1/2 tsp red chili powder 11/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp salt to taste To Grind Green chili 2 no. Mint leaves 1 handful coriander leaves 1 handful coconut 1/2 cup ginger small piece garlic 4 no. Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Make a fine paste of the ingredients mentioned under to grind
heat oil in the kadai and temper the cumin seeds
add finely chopped onions and saute it for 5 mins
add tomato and mix well
add Grinned paste and mix well
add red chili powder, salt, garam masala and turmeric powder. mix well
add 2 glasses of water
allow to cook until it become thick consistency
add egg directly to the gravy without boiling
allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
Now egg green gravy is ready to serve
