Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Fennel seed
  • 50 g Black pepper corns
  • 100 g cumin seed
  • 20 no red chili
  • 50 g Coriander seeds
  • 50 g rice
  • 10 nos Clove
  • 1 big cinnamon
  • 5 to cardamom
  • 3 to aniseed
  • 50 g Fenugreek seeds
  • 3 tbsp turmeric powder

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Chettinad Masala Powder, first take all ingredients and dry in sunlight for 1 day.
  • Add it to a blender and blend to a fine powder.
  • Now ready mix chettinad masala powder is ready to use.
